Chocolate Mud Cake
Eggs x3
Boiling water 150ml
Coverture Dark Chocolate 60g
Butter 120g
Cater Sugar 170g
Plain Flour 130g
Cocoa Powder 15g
Soda Bi Carb 5g
Brandy 15ml
Method
- Line 16cm tin with baking paper and preheat oven to 160 degrees
- Boil water over the heat and add the chocolate, butter and sugar to make a smooth ganache
- Sieve all the dry ingredients together
- Pour the cooled chocolate ganache over the dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour in the eggs one at a time and mix the eggs well into the mixture
- Add brandy and mix
- Pour mixture into pan and bake for 50mins
